How does Emiratisation actually work?
Every posting carries a nationality preference: Open to all · UAE nationals preferred · UAE nationals only. Student-side UI filters and gates apply accordingly. The AI ranking respects the preference too.
Can multiple people on our team manage postings?
Today each employer account is single-seat. Multi-admin is on the roadmap — for now, share the login with your hiring team or post under a shared address.
