Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Mihna, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account types
Mihna offers two account types: student accounts, used to discover internships and apply, and employer accounts, used to post roles and review applicants. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to send spam, post fake jobs, harass other users, scrape the platform, attempt to disrupt the service, or use Mihna to violate any law.
Employer responsibilities
Employers must post accurate internship descriptions, must not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic, and must ensure that any internship complies with UAE labour and work-authorisation rules. Mihna may remove postings that breach these requirements.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you put into your Mihna profile and resume. You grant Mihna a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service and matching you with employers.
AI features
Mihna uses AI to parse resumes, rank matches, draft cover letters, and run the assistant chat. AI output is best-effort and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review AI output before acting on it.
Disclaimers
Mihna is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or offer, that any internship listing will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mihna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the service.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
